PE Schlauch, Ø 10 x 12 mm, 75 m

The PE tube is the most commonly used, economical, disposable hose for groundwater sampling.

• Very inexpensive, can be replaced after every sampling
• No phthalates, metals, dyes
• Slightly transparent

To prevent cross-contamination to other monitoring wells, the tube is only used once. The tube is compliant with physico-chemical requirements as laid down in the standard DIN 8072 and for KIWA BRL K563.

Notes

• Will adsorb volatile substances (toluene, benzene) when stored near engines, plastic fuel canisters
• Limited stiffness for ball valve pump application (use HDPE hose 121505)
• Uptake and release of pollutants; replace hose with each new sample
• Not suitable for hot liquids
