0402SAThe gouge auger is made out of carbon steel strip, which is forged into its half cylindrical form with parallel cutting edges. Non-contaminating bare steel is used, no lacquers and no zinc plating.
The gouge augers can be extended by coupling an extension rod. This way samplings can be carried out in a very short time and greater depths can be reached. Please note that the set is not suitable for hammering. We recommend storing the set in a clean and dry place if you do not use it for a longer period of time.
